We are looking forward to hosting students on campus on August 2 & 3 for our Freshman Academy. We will begin at 8:30 am and finish at 12:30 pm each day. During that time we will be providing information and activities to help students learn what it means to be an early college student and how to thrive and enjoy the opportunities this program provides. Each day of the academy our friends at Mt. Zion Baptist Church will be providing lunch for our students. On Aug. 2 they will be providing barbeque from Little Richards and on Aug. 3 we will have Lasagna from Taste of Italy. We appreciate our community partners for helping out with our Freshman Academy.

Parents, you may drop your student off at the covered shelter on the west side of "A" building between 8:00-8:30. Please take the first entrance on your right when you enter the campus and drive around the building to drop off. You may then exit straight onto the main drive. If your student will be riding a bus to the academy, please have them at the elementary school closest to you by the time listed on the letter that was mailed to you or see the schedule included in this news article.
